3. Ephemeral Nature of Service

Wydnow provides ephemeral chat services. This means:

• All chat messages exist only temporarily in server memory during active sessions
• Messages are automatically deleted when you disconnect or leave a chat
• No chat history is stored or retained after sessions end
• You cannot retrieve past conversations
• We do not have access to your chat history after sessions end

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Wydnow in a lawful and respectful manner. You must:

• Treat other users with respect and kindness
• Engage in appropriate and meaningful conversations
• Follow community guidelines and standards of conduct
• Report any violations or inappropriate behavior

5. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Sending illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
• Sharing personal information (yours or others'), including but not limited to phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, or social media profiles
• Engaging in spam, flooding, or sending repetitive messages
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the service
• Using automated systems or bots to interact with the platform
• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Engaging in any form of harassment, bullying, or intimidation

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Your interactions and communications with other users
• The content of messages you send
• Protecting your own privacy and not sharing personal information
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Ensuring you meet the age requirement (18+)

7. No Data Collection

Wydnow does not collect, store, or retain your personal information or chat messages. All conversations are ephemeral and exist only during active sessions. We cannot provide chat history, retrieve deleted messages, or access past conversations.

8. Service Availability

Wydnow is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Wydnow is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the service
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed by users
• We are not liable for any interactions between users
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, messages, or information
• You use Wydnow at your own risk

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Wydnow at any time, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem necessary. Upon termination, all ephemeral data associated with your session will be immediately deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Wydnow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
